Laura Fletcher
We’re thrilled to welcome three more talented people to the Bind Research team.
🖥️ Ali Raza joins as Research Associate, Compute. Ali has experience using molecular dynamics simulations to characterise intrinsically disordered proteins, alongside wet-lab skills in protein purification and NMR spectroscopy. At Bind, he is applying machine learning to improve force fields for rapid characterisation of IDP-ligand interactions.
🥼 Susan Joseph joins as Scientific Operations Projects Manager. Susan brings over a decade of experience managing multidisciplinary research projects across industry and academia, with expertise in high-throughput sequencing and laboratory automation. At Bind, she will help scale and maintain robust scientific pipelines and processes.
🧲 Silvia Oliveti joins us on placement as an Intern in Magnetic Resonance. Silvia is a PhD student in Structural Biology at the University of Florence, focused on characterising intrinsically disordered proteins using NMR spectroscopy. At Bind, she is exploring advanced approaches for studying disordered proteins and their interactions with small molecules.
Welcome to the team, Ali, Susan and Silvia! 🎉
